DO YOU HAVE A STORE WHERE I CAN SHOP IN PERSON?
Southern Liturgicals does have a store in Lafayette, Louisiana where you can shop in person. We are available by appointment on most days and can typically accommodate same day and late notice requests.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO SHOP?
Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure availability. As mentioned in the "About Us" section, Dr. Duplantis and is a medical professional who operates his medical clinic and Southern Liturgicals simultaneously. His staff are also active in both businesses located within the same business suite. All visitors will be escorted within Southern Liturgicals to ensure hands on customer service and a personalized experience.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP A CHALICE?
We do stock a variety of chalices in our shop, and the selection varies as different chalices are sold. We like to rotate in new chalices, while keeping a selection of our most popular chalices for quick shipment. Custom engraving is often possible, but will add approximately 2 weeks to your shipment time of an in stock chalice.
Delivery of chalices not currently in stock varies from 4 to 12 weeks depending on artisan availability and workload. We work with skilled artisans from around the world. Material availability and transit time to the US may vary. All shipments are sent from the artisans directly to Southern Liturgicals in Louisiana for inspection prior to being sent to its final destination.
If you require a chalice for a specific date or event, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us prior to placing your order.
All purchases must be paid at the time your order is placed. You may pay via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, bank wire transfer or in person cash payment.
All payments must clear our bank before production begins on special order items.
Seminarians- Please reach out to us for special down payment options to place your dream chalice on hold or begin production.

Special order, custom and personalized engraved items are not returnable.
If you received a damaged item or package, please contact us within 1-2 business days. Keep all packaging and send photos of the damaged items to Richard@SouthernLiturgicals.com
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer may be deemed responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Vestments and clergy wear may only be returned in the original packaging with all tags in place. Stained or obviously worn items will not be accepted for return. A restocking fee may apply and will be treated on a case by case basis.
Orders of in stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on product availability. Shipping times may vary based on your location. We will provide a tracking number for your package once it has been shipped.
Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days.
We ship US postal service or UPS. For chalices, metalware and high value purchases, a signature will be required for UPS to deliver your package. Please keep this in mind when providing your requested delivery address.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
Southern Liturgicals primarily ships within the U.S. only. Shipments to other countries may be available depending on your request. Contact us for details.
Depending on the laws of your state of residency, you may be required to pay sales, use, and consumption tax. Please consult your state tax guidelines for more information.
Louisiana purchases will be charged appropriate state and local taxes.
